As Christmas approaches, I decided to draw some Christmas illustrations while documenting my thoughts on the festive season.

The things I drew in this video: jingle bell, Christmas lights, gingerbread man, Christmas tree, Christmas stocking, and Christmas presents, are what was off the top of my head regarding Christmas when I was planning for this tutorial. And with exercise like this, it’s totally fine not to overthink it. Just draw or paint what’s in your mind. And write down what you were thinking. Illustrated journalling is a great format to unleash our creativity in such way.
